We believe that this unique vehicle we call the body, can best heal with the contribution and inclusion of the Mind, Body & Spirit. Therefore, our clinic utilizes a wide range of holistic philosophies and methods.

Our practitioners are experts in The Activator Method, a low force Chiropractic adjusting technique, Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Hypnotherapy, Massage, Body & Energy work and Nutrition.

Dr. Z's MindBody shop is a collective of dedicated practitioners here for your health and total wellbeing.
 
Your health is your greatest investment. We believe in affordable health care, ongoing maintenance and regular tune ups. Each practitioner has individual prepaid packages to further ease the costs of good health care, and a discount schedule for multiple appointments within the clinic are also available.
 
Conveniently located mid county in Soquel Village just off of Hwy 1, Dr. Z's MindBody Shop is a unique healing center serving the Santa Cruz community with its team of complementary health care providers.
